The concrete formwork group has twelve employees, two of whom are permanently assigned to concrete floor finishing. We carry out concrete formwork such as concrete footings, walls, slabs and floors. We have taken part in building several schools, service stations, residential homes, municipal sidewalks, barns and farm outbuildings, slabs for garages and residential sheds, and we have taken part in several projects designed by the owners themselves. Our construction and renovation group employs eight people. Some of the construction projects we have taken part in include framing, interior and exterior finishing, minor and major repairs, project management and liaising with pre-fabricated house factories. We have completed residential projects that required minor repairs, modifications to rehabilitation centres, farm buildings, turnkey houses, commercial modifications, construction of commercial buildings, liaising with sub-contractors to reduce the workload for owners who wished to contract projects themselves, and liaising with the staff at various pre-fabricated house factories. The “Boom” truck rental group: employs two drivers who share driving duties. We also have four estimators for the concrete formwork, and renovation and construction groups. |
